My stay was fantastic, especially with how close it was to parks and shopping, making my city strolls so much easier. the staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean and spacious, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The elevators seem to have chronic issues. breaks and frustrating delays are a hassle!!! Additionally, unexpected fees popping up left me feeling annoyed and misled about the total cost!!!

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, like that time I asked for extra towels and they got them in seconds. Also, the breakfast was simple but fresh, and they kept bringing out more items for everyone.
